7.50 (good) | fan service great. our main male lead is again portraited as pretty useless and insensitive. various female characters have shown their personality but not enough to develpment of their stories to come out. bit disappointed with the effort. seiyuu ok but not particularly strong. artworks pretty good.

8.25 (good) | very interesting plot, ending predictable though. relationships between teacher and student used to be taboo in the old days but was relaxed these days. seiyuu great performance. solid and strong voices lighted up their characters. love the characters being developed throughout story. songs are great, helped setting tones.

8.50 (very good) | plot slightly more rational than previous onegai teacher. at least purpose of all our mains are clear and worked hard to find out. characters from OT became side-kicks or supportive characters good concept. helped audience to familiarise themselves and less effort to re-know characters. seiyuu for the two main girls memorable. songs high standard works.
Onii-chan no Koto Nanka Zenzen Suki Janain Dakara ne!! Seen: completely Last Updated: Apr 11, 2011 |
5.00 (moderate) | characters pretty weak. story and plot old fashioned. points of ecchi weak and recurring. seiyuu of main 3 females ok but not the guys. it lacks something in the end. feels like it left audience hanging in the air. initially was expecting to have non-blood related sister-brother love relationship with childhood sweetheart fighting for same guy comedy anime story yet it turned out to be some hentai relationships without any real substance in it. a real disappointment and let down.

7.50 (good) | Better than first thought. Female lead looks all too familiar though. Plot interesting. Story not all revealed. characters aren't being developed. some even had limited appearance. shame. eager to see whether our female hero would explain what had happened. eager to see whether their relationships would blosome. shame the story seems to be bits and pieces. lack of completeness and logical flow. Hope there's second season and addresses these short comings.
Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai Seen: completely Last Updated: Apr 11, 2011 |
8.75 (very good) | plot is rather unexpected. parts of story actually matched what happened to its original novel development. main female character being developed quite a bit throughout. would like to see others being developed especially black cat and buddy. they show lots of promising stories interaction with male lead. seiyuu all solid performance. great stuff. only weak voices are the friends of imouto. hope there's a second season to it when more relationships being developed. aware there's new episode out after season 1. great stuff again which brings in akagi sister.

7.50 (good) | apart from main leading characters which are ok, others aren't being developed. ending is a bit too conventional. seiyuu performance various. the girls' memorable; the guys vary. side-kicks characters not explained their origin, left with questions unanswered. cases they solved also tended bit simple.

8.25 (good) | so cute~~ storyline quite innovative with an angel-like demon and a demon-like angel both working their ways from apprentices to professional. most memorable dialogue was when the angel claimed that demons also have the right for happiness. artworks very high quality even at today's standard.

9.75 (excellent) | great cinemactic effect. love the songs and sound effects. seiyuu strong performance. this anime is highly re-watchable. love the main's plane. wanted one of that model plane. despite not explaining why porco turned himself to a pig (mentioned but vague), this character was highly developed and so were many others.

7.00 (above average) | predictable storyline and relationships development among characters. but oppai and ecchi and fan services are great. ok, maybe a little too much but still great. all 4 main females are attractive and have great charisma. the male lead shows his masculinity side which is a match with the 4 female characters. unlike some main male leads in other anime just a total pain in the arse. those bandits are cute. the bad guy should show more evil side if he wants to be the bad guy. he's too soft. what a shame.

9.00 (very good) | pretty good. environmental theme clear and easily understood. some say this ain't as good as before, i think it's at least equal previous works. artworks smooth and shifted towards more like an anime. characters developed in a rational fashion. felt very complete.
Seen: completely Last Updated: Apr 25, 2011 |
8.50 (very good) | story unfolded nicely. rather touching in the end. appreciated production team effort converting a short manga into one season in length anime. well done. seiyuu performance better than initial thought. would like to see more depth and development in characters though since this anime isn't really focusing on solving crime nor was it about psychic power.

6.00 (average) | the magic presentation in this anime and all its sound effects feel very .hack-ish. animation is quite well handled but characters-wise ehhm... just a bit too simple. story-wise is rather difficult to comprehend. as story progresses, things are becoming clearer. the end ended in a big bang... and i guess madoka wasn't too successful in removing every single witch in the course of universe history.

6.50 (above average) | first thought was the idea of having a bunch of specialised 'experts' in specific field of achievement together in one school a brilliant idea. But feel the story didn't get to exploit the strength of the idea enough. seiyuu performance a bit disappointing so far. find the sudden move into writing mode by our main male lead in 'dangerous' situation rather weird.

9.50 (excellent) | love the story setting, so realistic. love the cinematic effect of the anime, so tv drama or even movie like. love the various relationships between and among characters, so touching and warming. love how each character was given attention to develop and share their stories. there aren't many action yet there are a lot going on in each episode.
Seen: completely Last Updated: Apr 25, 2011 |
7.00 (above average) | predictable storyline. characters ok. artworks pretty good at its time. seiyuu above average. first 10 episodes are basically tyring to lay down the settings and set the context. the second half felt more a complete story by its own.

8.00 (good) | loli, 5 of them. seiyuu are all well-known and skillful but still just doesn't feel to resemble elementary school kids' voices. as story develops, we see more relationships being bonded and stregthened. But wonder whether the Japanese society norm is moving towards adoring primary school loli these days as being ok... isn't this kind of behaviour better avoided in the first place?

8.00 (good) | good plot but ending a bit diasppointing. why the hell did they still battle out? it seemed to me that they, at least sinku, did find an alternative in season 1. who the hell was rozen? his id ever revealed? who the hell was that rabbit thingy? many questions remained unanswered. seiyuu lifted the anime.

7.50 (good) | great cinemactic effect. taking a darker side of history turned into anime topic. characters ok. idea is good. sword skills based on historic figures but expanded through imagine. love those fighting scenes. songs are great. overall atmosphere of anime throughout consistent and right on spot.

6.75 (above average) | repeatative storyline. first three were developed then another three then expanded from there. but love the concept that robots also have a heart that could be natured and cared for. characters all looked pretty much similar, maybe due to the fact they were all clones.
Seen: completely Last Updated: Apr 25, 2011 |
9.25 (very good) | very moving towards the end. but why the hack was she turned into bioweapon in the first place? why human? why a girl? and why her? never mentioned. just forced to take it as it is. main characters are pretty well developed. lots of insights, lots of self reflecting and lots of love is shown between different relationships.

9.00 (very good) | very innovative. having a monk who not even smoke, but also play majong and uses a gun as weapon. this is fantastic! afterall, saiyuki is an imaginery novel. put it into today's context, it'll only make it ever more popular. other characters are also very creative and all come with their distintive personality. characters were shown their depth and developed throughout even for the enemies. love this anime.

Seen: completely Last Updated: Apr 24, 2011 |
7.50 (good) | topic highly innovative - majong playing and even competition. it started good with only a handful characters having a gifted ability with majong but then things got out of hand. too many characters were "gifted" and having various "ability" sounds all too surreal to believe.

7.50 (good) | pretty good though seems to drag on a bit with so many anime/ovas/games etc. running theme well thought out combining elements of mystery and detective and action fighting. there's few relationships touched on but not expressed enough. characters development remained focusing on sakura mainly. pity. songs pretty good.

6.75 (above average) | repeatative towards the end. another dragon ball style story. you fight, you almost died, you grew stronger, you fight, you almost died again, you get the picture. characters themselves are pretty good though. historic characters some are. they each have a face and reality side. we see how they grow up through story.

7.75 (good) | satire theme. author criticised just about anything in life. he raised many questions and doubts about this world through the use of his characters, namely the students. one of its kind in anime universe. but it felt pretty heavy after watching. it sits more on a negative side of the wall, raising doubts and questions but giving no direction to answers.
Seen: completely Last Updated: Aug 03, 2010 |
8.25 (good) | watched 2 versions - normal and hentai. Almost all endings (with multiple ending options for Hentai version) are bloody. Male lead perhaps the worst male lead in anime history so far. Female leads' seiyuu performance - too good, way too professional.
Seen: completely Last Updated: Apr 24, 2011 |
6.25 (average) | relationships between characters not explained well. the purpose of the main male not explained well. the feelings between the pairs not clear enough. some characters just jumped out from nowhere and left swiftly thereafter. ending was abrupt, many questions remain in story. If only there's a second season. seiyuu ok, felt like the whole thing was in a rush.
Seen: completely Last Updated: Apr 24, 2011 |
5.00 (moderate) | doesnt really have a story. no purpose, no theme, characters do not have a problem. an anime basically about nothing and nothing at all. ok, maybe something but i sure didn't figure that part out except their personality surfaced in each episode. don't see a point to this anime.
Seen: completely Last Updated: Apr 24, 2011 |
7.50 (good) | Dialogues the juicy part of whole anime. Characters ok. story overall felt jumpy and bits and pieces everywhere, felt like those 4-boxes comics put together. not coherent enough. lack of smoothness. seiyuu performance average. pity.

8.00 (good) | lots of fan service... Great! story hasn't come to an end with two seasons already. felt a bit lengthy and lingers on. female characters mostly have large boos and great body. maybe a bit excessive. characters given various ability, a smaller number in the series doesnt necessarily mean less powerful, i think this is a good point. male lead very positive just a bit useless in times of fighting.

Sengoku Otome: Momoiro Paradox Seen: completely Last Updated: Jul 03, 2011 |
6.25 (average) | at first sight, sounds good. topic about historic figures but all in female form. this is a challenge to history where they were dominated by males. then, on second look, doesn't quite follow real history. without male characters, the balance is somewhat lost. apart from history, the main character's problem is also being diluted. whatever this anime is trying to bring out, it's not clear. seiyuu mostly ok but nothing impressive yet. artworks above average.
